Description

This sparingly used (2012) highly rigid double column design of the Bridgecenter-10 allows for a reduction in fixturing and set-up of parts that would otherwise generally require more than one machine to complete, limiting the need for operator intervention. The Bridgecenter-10 offers a heavy-duty table load capacity of 6,000kg (13,227Lbs) within its spacious table working area – 1,370mm (53.9”) x 3,000mm (118.1”) for additional design freedom when it comes to extra large, heavy components.

Ideal for a wide spectrum of applications – from heavy-duty cutting of molds to high accuracy machining of high-tolerance parts the Bridgecenter-10G comes standard with a #50, 12,000rpm 4-step geared dual contact spindle offering greater machining rigidity, improved surface finish, higher cutting accuracy and extended cutting tool life.
