Headstock is made of high tensile cast iron provides rigidity and durability
Spindle is made of medium carbon steel (S45C), hardened by high frequency heat treatment and then precisely ground
Spindle is supported by three high precision bearings to assure accuracy and rigidity
Headstock gears are made of chromium molybdenum steel (SCM-21), treated by cementation then precisely ground to provide smooth and quite running
Forced lubrication system is employed for headstock to ensure accuracy and operation life
Unique designed gear box is driven by timing belt, offers a comprehensive range of inch and metric threads without use of change gears and provides a wide range of feet rate selection
All gears in the gear box are made of SCM-4 steel and hardened, gears are running quietly
Output shaft with safety pin to protect gear box from damage
Gear box is oil bathed
Hardened and ground large cross slide ways provide double wear-resistance
Oil bathed and hardened cross slide screw is equipped with backlash adjustment feed nut to maintain accuracy
Tool post designed with adjustable taper fit and equipped with thrust bearing to provide lasting accuracy and easy lock
Manual and automatic lubrication system is equipped on apron, will keep cross slide ways and bedways clean and lubricated to assure durability and accuracy, the forced lubrication can be adjusted
Automatic feeding and threading are fully interlocked to prevent simultaneous engagement of feeds and threads
Apron is equipped with an overload protection device to avoid machine damage
Hardened and ground large tailstock quill with inch and metric scale graduated is made of chromium molybdenum steel (SCM-21), Rockwell® HRC60 hardness
