AMADA RMP510/NTK Automated load/unload System (2013)

AMADA RMP-3015NTK flexible system is composed of a combination machine loader – unloader and parts remover. It has been worked out to rationalize the raw material and machined parts flow, in order to increase productivity. The rigid tubular welded construction based on a simple design of the RMP-3015NTK provides autonomy and flexibility. Its particular compact design allows an easy integration into the workshop. In standard configuration, it is equipped with pallets three tons each, one pallet for raw material, one pallet for finish product and one pallet for skeleton. Take out loader pick-up separated part from blank sheet by vacuum pads and stack to product pallet. Skeleton and micro-joint parts are unloaded with clamp which is equipped in take-out loader.
