Two systems combined by a common Bosch palletizing conveyor for
product transfer and Allen Bradley controls.
System 1. Product package includes: Amery Case with CD/DVD and
up to 4 leaflets, wrapped cover.
System 2. Carton erecting, over-wrap carton folding, inserting one
of three formats of CD/DVD,
Carton closure, carton printing, security labels (2 ea.) placement.
Three CD/DVD formats above include: Amery case, Jewel Case,
Sleeve CD.
Project Specifics
The turnkey system is designed to package CD software.
Replication and Printing are not included at this offering.
The system is designed to handle 500 pieces per hour
The system will initially handle two sizes of package as follows
7-7/8 x 9-1/2 x 1-1/2 large box
5-1/4 x 7-5/8 x 1-1/4 small box (Wal-Mart)
Inkjet coding systems producing a bar code and alpha-numeric
text is included in the system. The Unit included is a Domino
Amjet model A-300 with mixed raster capability and pinpoint character
nozzles. This unit is able to print any combination of bar code, text or
bit map image up to % high. It can print up to a maximum of 2 lines of
text in this same area. (*see note below)
*( NOTE) Printing systems included are equipped with our basic
control system and interface with our machine system. No database
manipulation is included and no interconnection with your enterprise
software system is included. Printers are capable of serialized number
coding, date lot coding and bar code or text printing. Manipulation of
data from external sources to out machine or the printers is the
responsibility of the customer.
Tracking of coded products is included in the system to maintain
correlation with Amaray cases and internal product. This tracking
will be through use of shift register technology and controlled
