Horizontal hot wall vacuum oven chamber. Interior fabricated from 304 s.s
with heating elements bound tightly to the exterior oven wall for good
thermal conductivity and uniformity. Insulated with 4" fiber
insulation. Fully opening, manually secured stainless steel door.
Door flange is water cooled to protect the "O" ring seal. Water cooled
trace lines are welded to the exterior of the door.
Door interior is insulated by a series of s.s. radiant heat shields.
Two stage direct drive vacuum pump and blower with necessary valves,
plumbing, motor starters and instrumentation to achieve pressures
in the low micron range. Mechanically refrigerated centrifugal trap to
protect vacuum pump. Stirring fan is mounted through rear wall.
