Promaco Model RBM2-60H Angle Bending Roll
Capacity: 2-3/4" x 2-3/4" x 1/4"
The RBM 2-60H is equipped with three (2) driving
rolls, powered by a bi-directional electric drive
motor. Vertical adjustment of the Upper Roll is by
means of a double acting hydraulic cylinder.
Bending pressure is 18.5 tons.
The RBM 2-60H is operated from a pedestal control stand connected to the
machine by a heavy duty cable. Adjustment of the forming roll is by
push button with depth indication by digital display. Adjustment modes
allow pre-selection of depth, automatic recall of pre-selected depth
as well as manual override. THe machines self-countained hydraulic system
is completly sealed to allow operatin in eigher upright or horizontal
position.
The RBM 2-60H Roll Bender is suitable for
bending all standard sections, channel, angle, pipes
and bar stock, with standard rolls. Most metals
may be rolled including iron, steel, aluminum and
stainless. Special rolls are available upon request
for non-standard sections or tight diameters.
